$22.50 - $26.25/hour

 

The Vanity Call Tracking Specialist/Lead will be the focal point of the Vanity department day to day operations both tactical and strategic.  This position will work closely with vanity specialists to ensure the program remains functional and profitable while assisting the Director of Sales Enablement in the long term growth plan of reevaluating and redesigning the program from top to bottom.

Responsibilities & Skills

Assist the Director of Sales Enablement in the following areas to redesign and enhance the current program:

  • Inventory analysis and segmentation
  • Pricing structure research and designation
  • Development of education collateral to drive vanity department value
  • Acquisition and application of market research into the vanity market
  • Assess and assist in restructure of partnership agreements
  • Vetting of vendors to initiate the following projects:

Website enhancement

Pricing calculator

Inventory search tool

Bidding platform

  • Creation and implementation of lead generation program for upsell opportunitites within sales team and outside sales channels
  • Research and development of new sales channels for CallSource vanity inventory
  • Assist with coordination of marketing campaigns with vanity and sales departments
  • Target areas of manual processes that can be repurposed through automated elements
  • Work with, and commission, relevant and timely departmental reports
  • Work towards understanding and preventing cancellations
  • Interface and negotiate with Vanity partners to obtain pricing quotes
  • Use vanity search tool to identify the best possible vanity numbers for all requests, including utilizing on-line Spare Pool to reserve vanity numbers
  • Provide pricing variables and alternatives for requested vanity numbers
  • Maintain spreadsheet of all vanity quotes, terminations and successful implementations, as well as creating and updating sales and goals charts
  • Review all paperwork received from clients, partners and internal departments
  • Set up vanity numbers and test campaigns
  • Train new employees on vanity number industry and process
  • Assist vanity partners with account management related needs and custom reports
  • Collaborate with Accounting to resolve billing issues
  • Work closely with Carrier Relations to maintain internal and partner inventory, including port out and port in requests
  • Troubleshoot vanity number routing issues

Project management skills required

Education, Training & Physical Requirements

Experience

  • 3 years of Customer Service experience in a role requiring customer interaction
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Understanding of vanity phone numbers is a plus
  • Budgetary experience required
  • Experience using SalesForce CRM required

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

 

Physical Requirements

Computer work, speaking on the phone, vision, close-up work on computer
