Basic Function

Job Title: Business Advisor

This job is located at our corporate office in Westlake Village, CA. 91362, and is not a work from home position.  Compensation is $26.45 - $31.25 per hour, plus commission

 

This position is responsible for advising CallSource clients on key marketing and sales metrics in their business. This position will work closely with a variety of individuals within a business, including but not limited to sales managers, office managers, front office staff, and owners.  The Business Advisor is required to become familiar with client industries, Health Care and Home Services, and a variety of performance measures tracked and monitored by the Results program. 

Responsibilities & Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of business analytics to clients
  • Work with clients to identify performance goals and objectives for their business
  • Recommend specific, actionable solutions that deliver improved business results to clients, based on CallSource analytics
  • Identify trends and insights from client marketing data and deliver summary of insights to client inclusive of geographic and economic conditions
  • Conduct closed-loop correction analysis of previously identified improvement opportunities and communicate improvement status to client
  • Compile notes and provide summaries to clients on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Work closely with Client Support and Account Management Teams to ensure client requests are completed in a timely manner and notifying the client when complete
  • Perform ad-hoc support of client’s inquiries and analysis requests
  • Effectively communicate with internal staff to fulfill client requests
  • Actively work with the sales team to grow existing client book and acquire new accounts
  • Account retention
  • Additional duties as assigned

Education, Training & Physical Requirements

Experience:

  • 2 years experience in a business related role (i.e., Sales, Account Management)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Computer work, phone work, sitting at desk, standing
