    Job Title: Business Advisor

    This job is located at our corporate office in Westlake Village, CA. 91362, and is not a work from home position.  Total compensation is $55,000 - $65,000 annually which includes base pay and commission on assigned book of accounts

    Business Advisors use analytics, acquired industry knowledge, and leadership theory to help clients manage marketing and employee performance toward improved revenue goals.

     

    You will work closely with business owners, managers, and staff in achieving this mission.  You will manage ongoing client relationships starting at the close of the sales cycle.

     

    As a Business Advisor, you will become familiar with client industries such as Health Care and Home Services, and a variety of performance measures tracked and monitored by our systematic program.  This role is an opportunity for client relationship specialists to take their skills to the next level.

     

    Responsibilities & Skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with clients to identify performance goals and objectives for their business
    • Recommend specific, actionable solutions that deliver improved business results to clients, based on CallSource analytics
    • Identify trends and insights from client marketing data and deliver summary of insights to client inclusive of geographic and economic conditions
    • Conduct analysis of previously identified improvement opportunities and communicate improvement status to client
    • Ensure the delivery of business analytics to clients
    • Work with a variety of internal teams to meet and exceed objectives
    • Perform ad-hoc support of client’s inquiries and analysis requests
    • Effectively communicate with internal staff to fulfill client requests
    • Actively work with the sales team to grow existing client book and acquire new accounts
    • Account retention
    • Additional duties as assigned

    • Ability to acknowledge potential issues and escalate to appropriate personnel
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and similar software programs

    Education, Training & Physical Requirements

    Experience:

    • 2 years experience in a business related role (i.e., Sales, Account Management)
    • Prior CRM experience a plus

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience

    Physical Requirements:

    • Computer work, phone work, sitting at desk, standing
