    This job is for our office in Westlake Village, CA. and is not a work from home position.  Base is $17 - $19/hour DOE, with ability to earn SPIFF's

     

    Account Managers will work closely with a variety of individuals, including the management team, Dealer Success Managers, Client Support Reps, Sales Reps, and various other internal departments.  This role is responsible for supporting our clients’ needs through excellent customer service, maintaining quality relationships with assigned accounts, retention, and identifying CallSource products and services that will benefit the customer.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and acceptable retention thresholds outlined by management
    • Maintain high level of outbound client contact with assigned account base to ensure utilization and satisfaction with CallSource solutions and services
    • Listen effectively to client requests and successfully respond to meet the needs expressed by the client
    • Effectively document and manage account activities, touches, training, client needs, etc. through Salesforce and any other required application
    • Manage technical aspects of CallSource’s call tracking and routing system on behalf of clients. This includes provisioning tracking lines, update account and routing information, and investigating client complaints/issues
    • Communicate effectively to appropriate team members to troubleshoot problems and open tickets when necessary. Detailed follow up to the client is required throughout the process
    • Assist with billing inquiries and collection questions while keeping the assigned Sales team member involved
    • Partner with team members to provide on-going analysis and review of client utilization patterns in order to identify up-sell opportunities for both new business and assigned account base
    • Contribute to sales enablement by upselling new products that will benefit existing clients, obtaining referrals and assisting the sales team with demos, as requested
    • Maintain an accurate customer database in all required systems
    • Responsible for attending weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings as directed by management
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Education, Training & Physical Requirements

    Experience

    • Ability to work effectively in a team selling environment and work with complex accounts

    • Established success in building long-term relationships with clients
    • Ability to use software tools to evaluate client usage and sales opportunities
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products and similar software programs, as well as CRM systems

    Education/Training

    • BA or BS degree preferred

    Physical Requirements

    • Standing, sitting, vision, close-up work, extensive computer work, speaking on the phone
