The Reporting & Analytics Manager works closely with executive leadership and staff at all levels to implement new reporting & analytics projects and is also the primary support person for the Reporting & Analytics team. This manager takes a senior role on tasks and mentoring/managing analysts within the department. In addition to creating custom reports and dashboards for CallSource customers and coworkers, this position is responsible for analyzing reporting system problems, programming fixes to existing reporting & analytics systems, assisting in the development of reporting scope specifications and developing new programs to automate reporting and analytics processes. This role consists of a wide variety of programming tasks, development, testing, maintenance, and implementation, as well as fully participating in new software and system projects assigned to the Reporting & Analytics Department.
