The Project Manager, Sales Enablement will be the focal point of the Vanity department day to day operations both tactical and strategic. This position will work closely with vanity specialists and department VP to ensure the program remains functional and profitable. Will assist in the long term growth plan of reevaluating and redesigning the program from top to bottom.
This role is responsible for supporting external CallSource clients with excellent customer service. The Client Support Specialist will also assist internal Account Managers with day-to-day account maintenance. This position requires a strong knowledge of CallSource products, as well as the ability to maintain quality relationships with both internal and external customers. Extensive training on all CallSource products will be provided.
This role presents a unique ground-floor opportunity with potential to move into other areas of the company such as Account Management, Business Advisory and Sales. A typical day would involve approximately 10 - 20 calls with outside clients. The majority of the work comes from internal Account Managers and is done on the computer. The Client Support Specialist will be expected to work well in a team environment and will need to rely on critical thinking, technical ability and trouble shooting skills in order to perform the job at the expected level.

The Junior/NOC Engineer position requires a technically skilled, highly motivated individual with technical and problem solving skills, who will be responsible for responding to all service interruptions or performance problems. The Junior/NOC Engineer consults with the appropriate Carriers and IT teams to resolve problems. The NOC team works closely with all support teams and members of the Engineering team to develop a strong all-round understanding of systems and networks. This candidate must be an eager and fast learner, exhibit clear communication skills and use initiative to tackle a broad range of problems. Junior/NOC Engineers must be willing to work holidays, weekends and evenings on a rotating schedule.
Compensation: $33,280 - $41,600 Plus SPIFF's
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry level position and is responsible for generating buying demand for CallSource products and services from organizations throughout the United States. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that build pipeline for the sales organization. The SDR will also be responsible for running regional and national campaigns focused primarily on cold calling, developing and qualifying leads to the point of handoff to the sales force. A key requirement is to conduct business dealings with prospects/customers in a way that creates a superior prospect/customer experience that will set the stage for future product sales for CallSource.
